Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Client Services Senior Project Manager to join the team in the Finance & Insurance space. This role guides complex client engagements with a focus on project execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality delivery in a regulated, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent client relationship management abilities.
• Understanding of database design and legal document review.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective communication.
• Establish best practices with clients to address prioritization.
• Provide consultative input on advanced analytics and technology.
• Prepare and implement project forecasts and schedules.
