Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Compensation & Data Analyst (Remote) to partner with the Director of Compensation. You will own benchmarking, market analyses, and the design of compensation programs to improve competitiveness and internal equity.

In this role you will lead end-to-end compensation projects, manage data integrity between PayFactors and Workday, and deliver executive-ready insights for HR leadership. A bachelor's in business, finance, or HR is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis and/or administration of compensation programs
• 4+ years of experience in a compensation analyst (or comparable) role
• 4+ years of experience managing projects and delivering results across multiple stakeholders
• *experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Responsibilities

• Serves as trusted advisor on compensation principles and procedures
• Drives evaluation of pay practices and programs and delivers actionable recommendations
• Owns complex compensation analyses and executive-ready insights
• Leads end-to-end compensation projects and annual cycle planning
• Owns market pricing for company jobs and establishes pay ranges
• Leads job description reviews for pricing and equity
• Maintains SOPs and data maintenance standards
• Owns data for compensation surveys and ensures on-time delivery
• Stays current on industry best practices and drives improvements
• Leads compliance analyses with HR and Legal
