Job summary

The University of Colorado System Administration seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to advance compensation programs, provide expert guidance, and ensure equity across the system. You’ll collaborate with HR Partners and managers to support data-driven, compliant pay decisions.

In this role you’ll lead annual cycles, analyze market data, and leverage AI tools to optimize processes while ensuring alignment with Colorado law and university policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three years of experience in HR, including compensation responsibilities.
  • Experience reviewing job descriptions and determining pay levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual compensation cycles, pay range updates, and merit increases.
  • Provide compensation guidance to HR Partners and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
  • Manage data reporting and use AI tools to improve processes.
