Job summary

CU System Administration in Colorado is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to partner with HR and leadership on complex compensation analyses, job level reviews, and pay program cycles. You will guide compensation decisions, support data-driven Talent initiatives, and help ensure equitable pay across campuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
3 years HR compensation experience including pay ranges.
Experience reviewing job descriptions and determining position levels.

Responsibilities

Coordinate annual compensation cycles and data analysis in collaboration with leadership.
Support merit increases and promotions processes with data and documentation.
Advise HR Partners on compensation knowledge, tools, and compliance.
