Job summary

CU System Administration is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the HR team with complex compensation analysis, job level reviews, and annual pay program cycles. You will advise on best practices to attract, motivate, and retain talent while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

The role partners with System HR and departments to drive fair compensation decisions, leveraging AI tools and advanced Excel skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and equity across Colorado operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three years of HR experience including compensation functions.
• Experience reviewing job descriptions and determining levels and pay.
• Experience creating or updating pay ranges.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual compensation cycles and project management.
• Coordinate merit increases and promotions/pay growth analysis.
• Advise HR Partners on compensation best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado Equal Pay laws.
• Develop and improve compensation programs and tools, including AI integration.
