Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Senior Commission Analyst in the United States to ensure timely and accurate calculation of commissions and to support monthly reporting across the organization.

You will collaborate with the Commissions Manager to maintain and update commission plans, build and test new plans in the system, and respond to inquiries with precision. Strong Excel, SQL, and data interpretation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, math, CS, statistics, or accounting.
• At least 2 years of commission/payroll experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and pivot tables; strong numeracy.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with SQL; experience with Xactly Incent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly accrued commissions and commissions paid within month end close deadlines.
• Update the organization’s commission system with employee changes and commission plan changes on an ongoing basis.
• Develop and test new commission plans in the organization’s commission system.
• Work with our commission system’s personnel to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure accurate responses to inquiries or concerns related to commission and incentives are provided to employees.
• Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure accurate and timely commission payouts.
• Prepare commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management as needed.
• Actively respond to new system changes needed.
