Job summary

eHealth is seeking a motivated Associate Commission Operations Analyst to analyze commission data, customer information, and carrier documentation. You will help maximize revenue by ensuring accurate commissions are applied and by resolving discrepancies with internal and external teams.

You will prepare operational deliverables, support monthly closes, and work on process improvements. The role reports to the Supervisor/Manager, Commission Operations, and requires strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related field, or 2 years equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and data analysis.
Knowledge of SOX and working with auditors preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions and review membership data.
Research commission payments, statements, and system discrepancies with internal/ external teams.
Analyze carrier documentation to ensure accurate membership and commissions in the system.
Initiate and track commission tasks using the internal workflow system.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational deliverables for Finance close.
Support SOX testing and internal controls documentation.
