Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Commission Analyst for a 9–12 month, temporary assignment entirely remote (EST). You will administer monthly commission calculations, support plan design, and provide analysis to sales leadership to drive accurate, timely payments.

You'll collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to refine plans and communications, train participants, and maintain commission tools. Strong Excel and data skills are essential in this visible, SaaS-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales compensation or related.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Ability to communicate calculations clearly to plan participants.
• Experience working in SaaS or FinTech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of all commission plans and communicate calculations clearly.
• Calculate and validate monthly variable earnings accurately per current plans.
• Maintain commission tools and reference data to ensure correct payments.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales to refine and design plans.
• Train plan participants on structure of their plans.
