SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning project management function across a nationwide portfolio. This remote role requires directing the Sr.

CPM team, aligning schedules, milestones, and readiness with regional and project needs, and escalating risks as needed. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional collaboration, ensuring integrated commissioning plans, and maintaining clear ownership from early engagement through turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EPC commissioning or project management for utility-scale projects.
• Experience leading multi-project or portfolio-level delivery.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into commissioning deliverables, schedules and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sr. Commissioning Project Management team with clear direction and mentorship.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility of commissioning schedules, milestones, readiness, risks and performance.
• Standardize commissioning plans and schedules across regions and project types.
