Job summary
SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead the Commissioning Project Management function and provide portfolio-level oversight for Testing & Commissioning across projects. This role drives ownership, integrated planning, milestone visibility, and cross-functional coordination from early engagement through closeout.

Qualifications
- Advanced understanding of utility-scale commissioning lifecycle from planning to closeout.
- Strong multi-project portfolio management including escalation and resource forecasting.
- Knowledge of commissioning plans, integrated schedules, readiness gates, and turnover requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sr. Commissioning Project Management team with coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure integrated commissioning plans, schedules, and milestones across regions and projects.
- Standardize processes, dashboards, reporting, and risk management for the portfolio.
