• Develops in-depth understanding of a technical discipline and uses experience to execute policy/strategy.
• Understands key business drivers and how the team’s work integrates with other teams.
• Uses judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance and solves straightforward tasks.
• Acts as an individual contributor with strong interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.
