• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Product strategy to the IT Team and ensure forms implementation aligns with the Product vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and input on product features and enhancements.
• Translate product strategies into tasks for development, such as drafting user stories and form requirements.
• Manage and coordinate form maintenance based on regulatory changes.
• Conduct low complexity form drafting with minimal assistance.
• Test form functionality and policy output for new and existing systems.
• Balance business change with technical improvement and collaborate across functional areas.
• Understand market, competition, and customer needs to execute on product strategy.
• Collaborate on developing solutions and action plans addressing opportunities with guidance from the Product Manager.
• Independently manage low to moderately complex projects; understand business objectives related to project goals.
• Serve as a key contact for Product inquiries; triage as needed.
• Assist in development and delivery of information for training and support the team.
