Job summary

The Hartford in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Analyst or Product Analyst to support the Personal Insurance product management region. The role combines analytics with strategic input to enhance growth and profitability across states.

You will partner with the Region Lead and Product Managers, conduct rate revisions, state performance deep dives, and collaborate with Pricing Analytics, Underwriting, Claims, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty analytics and/or product experience with data analysis focus.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
• Ability to develop actionable recommendations from data.
• Bias for action and ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment.
• Experience presenting to peers or senior management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis and recommendations impacting growth and profitability across distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Product Region Lead to drive strategies and regulatory standards.
• Build reliable cross-department relationships including Pricing Analytics, Underwriting, and Claims.
• Handle responsibilities for 2-3 states within the Northeast Region.
