Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day client relationships and provide strategic guidance across client services and carrier partnerships. You will lead as the primary consultant, handling renewals and complex programs with minimal supervision.

The role supports middle market and large accounts, often with significant premiums, requiring expertise in multi-line coverages and compliance. Remote schedule is available; standard hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; 10+ years in industry and product line experience.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required; Surplus Lines license and/or experience with surplus lines filings.
• CIC, CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and carrier partners through regular communication.
• Negotiate renewal terms, conditions, and pricing with carriers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts with minimal supervision.
• Lead renewal process and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with claims team to support client needs.
• Handle complex multi-line coverages, including retrospective rating and foreign packages.
• Ensure EPIC workflow compliance for policies and endorsements.
• Direct workflows and daily activities of Account Managers as needed.
• Keep clients informed of market trends, carrier updates, and regulatory changes.
