Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a dedicated Client Services Specialist to grow relations with carriers and clients, prepare RFPs, and present renewal results. You will collaborate with the Account Executive to review proposals and maintain organized client files.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years of client service and/or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with client and carrier contacts.
• Prepare and send RFPs to insurance carriers and present renewal drafts.
• Lead review of proposals with Account Executive for accuracy.
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers.
• Create and maintain client files per procedures.
