Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day activities and workflow for Team Support/Receptionist and Account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and timely.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business with underwriting information, pricing, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
