Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, binders, and billing inquiries.
• Assist in submissions, evaluate coverages, prepare proposals, and support policy issuance.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections where needed.
