Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of commercial property and casualty underwriting.
• Experience with multi-line commercial P&C and large accounts.
• Experience in insurance product development and ideation.
• Two years of experience with AF Group or equivalent.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes underwriting trends, laws, regulations and best practices and recommends actions.
• Develops admitted and non-admitted forms and rules, coordinates rate development, & aligns forms committee.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and advises management on solutions.
• Develops and presents training at Operating Unit and Enterprise levels.
