Qualifications
- Experience managing or reviewing a commercial loan portfolio.
- Ability to monitor and complete annual reviews for a ~$70M portfolio.
- Strong understanding of multifamily and commercial/industrial real-estate loans.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial statements and tax returns.
Responsibilities
- Monitor credit quality of a ~$70M portfolio.
- Complete annual credit reviews in a timely, comprehensive manner.
- Analyze borrower financials, tax returns, rent rolls and operating statements.
- Evaluate cash flow, DSCR, LTV and other credit metrics.
- Review covenant compliance and identify risks and deterioration trends.
- Maintain risk ratings and recommend changes when supported by analysis.
- Assess collateral position for multifamily and commercial/industrial properties.
- Prepare clear credit memoranda and portfolio-review documents.
- Monitor maturities, renewals and reporting requirements.
- Communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
- Support portfolio reporting, audits and related projects as needed.
