Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Portfolio Manager – PRO CRE to perform comprehensive credit analyses on non-owner occupied commercial real estate loans to support the credit approval process. The role requires deep knowledge of various CRE product types and lending facilities.

Responsibilities include monitoring the portfolio, performing covenant checks, tracking construction progress, and preparing annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Underwriting CRE loans experience is required.
• 7+ years of commercial credit experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Review rent rolls, operating statements, and other financials for portfolio progress and issues.
• Identify portfolio weaknesses and alert related managers to deteriorating conditions.
• Prepare covenant checks per Loan Agreement and handle out-of-compliance loans.
• Update covenant checks in CinCo (Cinco) and progress as needed.
• Monitor construction loans via inspection reports and borrower projections.
• Prepare annual portfolio reviews.
• Update Loss Given Default and Probability of Default models as needed.
• Manage upcoming loan maturities and renewals with Relationship Manager.
• Monitor past dues and overdrafts to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper loan system coding and post-completion re-coding of construction loans.
