Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of commercial banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial products and credit policies.
• Proven sales skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Experience structuring complex credit requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to acquire new business
• Serve as the primary advisor for a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships
• Cross-sell a full range of products and services with product partners
• Analyze portfolio performance to reduce risk and enhance profitability
• Facilitate credit requests and ensure adequate loan documentation
• Resolve customer issues by engaging product experts as needed
• Participate in community functions to enhance the bank's image
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
