Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in customer service in a virtual environment.
• 1-2+ years of auto or commercial adjusting/liability experience required.
• Must hold or obtain Adjuster license for applicable states within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large inventory of claims from minor to moderate complexity.
• Answer inbound calls, open claims, obtain loss details from involved parties.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims for commercial uses.
• Explain policy coverage and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Arrange and pay for repairs, rentals, towing, total losses and storage negotiations.
• Document files, send correspondence and communicate with all parties.
• Utilize diary system to review and resolve claims within state guidelines.
