Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager to lead reserving analytics and mentor staff. This remote role covers the United States with Hawaii and Alaska excluded.

You will train analysts, manage consultants, and drive reserve reviews while communicating results to senior leaders and clients. Strong leadership and FCAS/ACAS credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS in statistics, mathematics or actuarial science with relevant post‑graduate experience.
• Graduate degree holders with actuarial work in personal or commercial lines encouraged to apply.
• ACAS/FCAS credentials and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews for commercial lines.
• Communicate reserve results to senior leaders and clients.
• Drive process improvements and coaching across the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee analysts, training, and workload planning to meet deadlines.
• Participate in recruiting, performance reviews and staff development.
