Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group subsidiary, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager. This remote role oversees reserve reviews, leads analysts and consultants, and partners with clients to meet deadlines while driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in statistical actuarial work, 1+ year in leadership, and ACAS; FCAS is a plus. Remote‑first location in the United States; Hawaii/Alaska excluded.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal or commercial lines insurance.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Reserving experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• FCAS considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicates reserve results and analysis to senior leaders.
• Drives innovation and process improvement across the team.
• Coaches and trains Actuarial Analysts; manages project delivery.
• Manages HR activities including recruiting, performance appraisals, and promotions.
