Job summary

Mobilitas is recruiting a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager to lead reserving efforts across commercial lines. The role supports remote work across the United States (excluding HI/AK) and involves training junior analysts, guiding consultants, and managing deadlines with client-facing accountability.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in actuarial analysis, 3+ years in Reserving, and ACAS or FCAS, with demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 6+ years of post-bachelor statistical/actuarial analysis in personal/commercial lines insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 4+ years of such experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Reserving experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• FCAS preferred; strong leadership and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicates reserve results and analysis to senior leaders.
• Drives process improvement across the team.
• Coaches and mentors actuarial analysts.
• Manages relationships with internal and external clients.
• Oversees projects and ensures timely completion.
