Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Collections role that focuses on the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, dispute research, and creating payment plans with customers. The position requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across internal partners and customers.

You will work directly with the Service Leader for designated accounts, maintaining open communication and reporting on AR balances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants.
• Support customer needs by maintaining a customer-focused approach and identifying root causes of issues.
