Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services and cloud-based production systems.
• Proven track record managing and maintaining large-scale production systems.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration skills.
• Scripting experience for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with IaC tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document problems clearly and coordinate with customers and teams.
• Detect, isolate, report, and resolve system outages or issues in production environments.
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with VA/industry security policies.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams for seamless production operations.
