Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services and building cloud-native solutions.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale production systems and document issues clearly.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Windows operating system proficiency.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and configuration.
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support of complex cloud-based applications.
• Identify, document, and resolve system outages, maintain diagnostics data.
• Maintain security and VA policy compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address issues.
• Maintain system assets inventory and participate in continuous improvement.
