Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level operational support for complex cloud-based applications.
• Detect, document, and resolve system outages with rapid recovery actions.
• Maintain security and VA-compliant infrastructure and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders daily.
• Document configurations, processes, and incidents for auditing.
• Configure and maintain compute infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
