Job summary

Ensono seeks a Chief Technology Advisor to guide strategic technology transformations for its largest clients. You will align business goals with IT roadmaps, lead multi-year initiatives, and foster executive relationships at the C-suite level.

As a remote-ready role in the United States, you’ll collaborate across Sales, Consulting, Operations and Product teams, shaping reference architectures and driving value-based outcomes while expanding client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• 15+ years of experience as an architect in hosting and networking spaces.
• Deep consulting or managed services experience in hosting, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and complex, multi-year engagements.
• Executive presence and ability to speak fluently with C-suite and senior technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Inform client about emerging technologies pertinent to their infrastructure needs.
• Interpret business opportunities and drive short and long-term technology roadmaps to create client and Ensono value.
• Align IT roadmaps with business objectives by analyzing technology landscape and recommending solutions (cost optimization, operations, sustainability).
• Promote standard reference architectures and design patterns aligned with client objectives.
• Work with client IT staff and business leaders to promote end-to-end solutions across mainframe, open systems, and cloud.
• Collaborate with Sales and Consulting to create Pursuit, Solution, and Sales strategies for existing clients.
• Conduct discovery and assessment workshops to deepen client penetration.
• Develop and document solutions meeting client requirements for transformation and re-platform efforts.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Obtain executive buy-in for complex solutions through clear storytelling and business cases.
