Job summary

Jobrapido is seeking an experienced Software Developer for a fully remote role within healthcare cloud ecosystems, focusing on EHR systems such as Epic. You will design distributed cloud applications, implement CI/CD and IaC, and lead DevOps practices across cross-functional teams.

The role requires ownership of end-to-end architecture, security, and reliability, with experience in Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Epic Certification is highly desirable.
• Deep expertise in system architecture for scalable cloud apps.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge, especially EHRs.
• Extensive cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• IaC with Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates.

Responsibilities

• Follow the SDLC to design, code, configure, test, and document applications.
• Prepare technical design specifications based on requirements.
• Review requirements and design documents for clarity and feasibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other developers.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain operational and system documentation.
• Design scalable, secure cloud apps using microservices and APIs.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for cloud provisioning and automation.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment and release.
• Utilize containers and orchestration for cloud deployments.
• Ensure observability, security, and resilience with logging and monitoring.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Maintain technical ownership balancing speed, security, and performance.
