Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, CloudOps to support a multi-account AWS environment hosting healthcare-oriented apps and analytics platforms. You will bridge infrastructure engineering, production support, and cloud modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience supporting production workloads in Linux/AWS environments.
• Direct experience in on-call rotations and incident response protocols.
• Healthcare industry experience and HIPAA/HiTrust-compliant infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-account AWS Organization environment (35+ accounts) and core services.
• Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation using CloudFormation and scripting.
• Monitor health and performance with Datadog, CloudWatch, and Zabbix; perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotation and perform incident response and failover validation.
• Maintain HIPAA/HiTrust compliance and security posture with IAM, network segmentation.
