Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on healthcare systems.
• Proven expertise in building HIPAA-compliant systems and handling PHI.
• Hands-on experience with EHR integrations such as Epic, Cerner, or AthenaHealth.
• Deep knowledge of interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
• Strong track record implementing audit logging and security protocols for medical data.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, high-performance healthcare software compliant with regulations.
• Design data pipelines for secure handling of PHI and interoperability.
• Facilitate data exchange between internal platforms and major EHR systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare requirements into scalable solutions.
