Job summary

Verisys is seeking a hands-on Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with deep AWS expertise to design, secure, and scale the infrastructure behind our healthcare credentialing platform.

You will act as a Linux SME, manage on-prem Nutanix, and handle container platforms (Rancher and ECS Anywhere) along with SMTP relay and SSL/TLS certs. This remote role requires ownership and adaptability across cloud engineering and systems administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or sysadmin.
• 3+ years supporting production workloads in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate secure, highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure as code (CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Run container workloads on ECS/ECS Anywhere and administer Rancher clusters.
