Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to own the operational health of the customer cloud fleet across Azure, AWS, and GCP—Dragos‑managed and customer‑managed. You’ll drive fleet reliability, automation, and day‑to‑day operations at scale with an automation‑first mindset.

You will design multi‑tenant isolation, manage IAM across providers, and build observability with Datadog while participating in on‑call rotations and driving SRE practices to improve stability and reduce toil.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on cloud operations across one or more Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Cybersecurity experience.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Dragos cloud fleet across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Own the full customer environment lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
• Build and maintain Terraform‑based infrastructure‑as‑code for provisioning and standardization.
