Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to own the operational health of the customer cloud fleet across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will drive fleet reliability, automation, and day-to-day operations at scale.

The role emphasizes an infrastructure-as-code mindset, multi-tenant security, and on-call responsibilities with PagerDuty; familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC2, and NIST CSF is a plus. Remote-first team across North America, Europe, APAC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on cloud operations experience across Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Cybersecurity experience.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC2, NIST CSF and audit evidence collection.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Dragos cloud fleet across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Own the full customer environment lifecycle – onboarding, configuration, upgrades, and offboarding.
• Build and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code for provisioning and standardization.
• Manage fleet health, drift detection, patching, and version lifecycle at scale.
• Design and enforce multi-tenant isolation patterns – RBAC, cross-account access controls.
• Configure and maintain cloud networking components across providers (VPCs, DNS, firewalls).
• Manage cloud-to-OT/on-prem connectivity for customer environments.
• Build and maintain observability with Datadog – monitors, dashboards, log pipelines, and SLOs.
• Participate in on-call rotation (PagerDuty) for the cloud fleet; triage and resolve incidents.
• Drive SRE practices: define SLOs, manage error budgets, runbooks, post-incident reviews.
• Support audit and compliance activities including evidence collection for FedRAMP, SOC2, and NIST CSF.
• Identify and eliminate toil through automation and process improvement.
