Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Certified Cloud Engineer to lead design, deployment, and operation of an enterprise hybrid cloud environment across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role involves collaborating with vendors, architects, developers, and security teams to ensure secure, scalable and compliant cloud solutions.

The candidate will drive automation, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines, and must relocate if needed to Wisconsin as required. Occasional onsite work may be needed with notice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing, modifying, supporting and maintaining major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 5+ years of infrastructure-as-code experience.
• 5+ years of application containerization experience.
• 5+ years of GitHub-based CI/CD experience.
• Experience with enterprise networking, observability, and cloud cost management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, support, and maintain hybrid cloud platforms.
• Review vendor cloud architectures, configurations and deployment decisions.
• Identify risks in security, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Provide guidance on cloud networking, compute, storage, identity, security, monitoring and automation.
• Support cloud services across AWS, Azure, GCP or comparable platforms.
• Collaborate with .NET teams on deployment, integration, APIs, containers and environment management.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
