Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an experienced Certified Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and secure an enterprise hybrid cloud environment across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role emphasizes automation, IaC, and scalable operations.

The position is mostly remote with Wisconsin relocation required within 30 days. Collaboration with .NET teams and security stakeholders is essential for compliant cloud delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years designing and maintaining cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• At least 3 years cloud experience in regulated environments.
• At least 5 years IaC experience.
• At least 5 years containerization experience.
• At least 5 years GitHub-based CI/CD experience.
• At least 5 years enterprise networking and cloud cost management.
• Proficient in Windows and .NET environments.
• Strong scripting and cloud troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with security, automation, and operational cloud support.
• Ability to transfer knowledge and document architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud platforms.
• Review vendor cloud architectures and configurations.
• Identify risks in architecture, security, and cost.
• Provide guidance on cloud networking, compute, storage, and IAM.
• Support cloud services across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Collaborate with .NET teams on deployment and containers.
• Develop and support GitHub-based CI/CD.
• Implement infrastructure as code and deployment automation.
• Ensure compliance with NIST and IRS 1075.
• Document architectures and procedures.
• Transition technology to long-term operational support.
• Mentor staff and transfer knowledge.
