Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an experienced Certified Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will work with security, architects, and developers to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires proficiency in IaC, containerization, CI/CD, and multi-cloud operations with strong scripting and documentation skills. Remote-friendly with occasional onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years designing, developing, and maintaining cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• At least 3 years in a regulated environment.
• At least 5 years with Infrastructure as Code.
• At least 5 years containerization experience.
• At least 5 years of GitHub-based CI/CD experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise networking, observability, and cloud cost mgmt.
• Strong Windows/.NET support experience.
• Proven ability to secure and automate hybrid cloud.
• Experience transitioning technology to long-term ops.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain hybrid cloud platforms.
• Review vendor cloud architectures and implementations.
• Identify risks across architecture, security, performance, and cost.
• Provide guidance on cloud networking, compute, storage, identity, and security.
• Support cloud services across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalents.
• Collaborate with .NET teams on deployment, config, APIs and containers.
• Develop and support GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure as code and repeatable deployment automation.
• Incorporate security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support identity management, encryption, backup, and DR.
