Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Certified Cloud Engineer to design, implement and operate an enterprise hybrid cloud environment across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role emphasizes security, automation, and long-term operations, with remote work the primary arrangement and relocation to Wisconsin within 30 days if needed.

The candidate will collaborate with external vendors, architects, security teams, and internal IT, managing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing, modifying, supporting, and maintaining major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years cloud experience in a regulated org.
• 5+ years of infrastructure-as-code experience.
• 5+ years of application containerization experience.
• 5+ years of GitHub-based CI/CD experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise networking, observability, and cloud cost management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, support, and maintain hybrid cloud platforms.
• Review vendor architectures and configurations for cloud deployments.
• Identify risks across architecture, security, scalability, and cost.
• Provide guidance on cloud networking, compute, storage, identity, and security.
• Support cloud services across AWS, Azure, GCP, or comparable platforms.
• Collaborate with .NET teams on deployment, APIs, containers, and environment management.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub-based.
• Implement infrastructure as code and repeatable deployment automation.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in cloud architecture.
• Support identity and access management, encryption, backups, and DR.
• Align cloud services with regulatory standards (NIST, IRS 1075).
• Document architecture, configurations, procedures, and support needs.
