Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Automation & AI Engineer to support cloud security automation across multi-cloud environments. Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.), this role combines hands-on delivery, architectural leadership, and presales support to help clients adopt secure AI/ML platforms.

You will design agentic AI patterns, implement AI gateways, and govern AI deployments while mentoring engineers and contributing to thought leadership within the Cloud Security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) plus 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, or securing AI/ML workloads in cloud environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon SageMaker.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI tools.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or professional services.
• Familiarity with AI governance and agentic AI patterns.
• Basic Python competency for automation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud security automation and AI engagements.
• Design and implement secure agentic AI solutions and AI gateways.
• Architect AI governance policies and data handling controls.
• Develop AI-powered security automation solutions for clients.
• Produce architecture documents, runbooks, and security reports.
• Provide technical oversight across engagements and mentor juniors.
• Support presales activities with demos and proposals.
