GuidePoint Security is seeking an Azure Security Engineer to design, implement, and secure customer Azure infrastructures across commercial and government environments. You will lead secure-by-design cloud solutions and collaborate with client IT teams to enforce policies and best practices.

The role emphasizes expertise in Azure security services, APIM, Entra ID, and automation using IaC tools. Remote, with travel as required, and a focus on secure, scalable cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in cloud security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Azure security practices, governance, and identity management.
• Hands-on experience with IaC and automation tools.
• Experience securing Azure OpenAI, APIM, Entra ID, and governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Design secure Azure cloud solutions with a secure-by-design approach.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to implement and secure cloud resources.
• Develop scalable, resilient Azure architectures for Commercial and Gov tenants.
• Create migration plans from on-premises to Azure environments.
• Implement and manage IaC using Terraform, ARM/Bicep templates.
