Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a proactive project coordinator to support clinical studies, primarily in Oncology and Cardiology, ensuring smooth study operations and data quality. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and communications across internal teams while driving improvements and facilitating governance meetings.

The role values experience in clinical research, stakeholder management, and familiarity with AI tools to automate workflows and boost efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
