Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharma/CRO clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI automations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member balancing strategic and operational tasks.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention for clinical studies (Oncology/Cardiology).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution and objectives.
