Syneos Health seeks a Sr. Project Specialist to coordinate patient engagement and study operations across oncology and cardiology clinical programs. You will manage demographics, documentation, dashboards, and governance while driving cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency, supporting multiple initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery within a dynamic life sciences services environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar setting.
• Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automation is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member balancing strategic and operational tasks.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention for clinical studies (Oncology/Cardiology).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution and objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency.
