Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support across multiple clinical initiatives, with emphasis on Oncology and Cardiology. You will balance strategic and operational tasks, engage stakeholders, and help drive study objectives while leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in clinical research or related fields, a Life Sciences degree, and experience in pharma/CRO environments. A strong communicator with ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or clinical research environments.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
