Job summary

Syneos Health remote position coordinates patient engagement and study operations, managing enrollment targets, maintaining project documentation, and tracking key study metrics. You’ll support cross-functional collaboration, prepare meeting agendas, and drive follow-up actions across teams.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, with 3–5 years in clinical research and a Life Sciences degree. Oncology/Cardiology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
