Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a skilled clinical project coordinator to support patient engagement and study operations across Oncology and Cardiology. You will manage enrollment targets, maintain documentation, and track key study metrics while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

This role emphasizes process improvement, dashboards, and governance activities, with opportunities to apply AI tools and automation to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical research or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical environment.
• Therapeutic experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or building AI automations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member balancing strategic and operational tasks.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention for oncology and cardiology studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution.
• Drive process improvements and ownership of project initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team efficiency and project activities.
