Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support and coordinate across multiple clinical initiatives, primarily in Oncology and Cardiology.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance study execution, manage timelines, and drive process improvements using AI-driven tools. The role requires 3–5 years in clinical research or project coordination and a life sciences degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or similar clinical research environments.
• Therapeutic area experience in Oncology and/or Cardiology preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automation is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive project initiatives with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project activities.
