Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Senior Product Owner to shape technology products within our integrated care delivery system. You will champion the product, facilitate feature decisions, and own releases while coordinating between agile teams and stakeholders to ensure value for patients and care teams.

You will drive the product vision, set sprint goals, and manage the backlog with a focus on clinical operations workflows and EMR integrations across clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare is required.
• Six Sigma or SAFe certification is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in product or equivalent business management.
• 3+ years’ experience leading teams for product delivery.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Primary Care setting.
• 2+ years’ as a super user with Electronic Medical Records system.

Responsibilities

• Lead product decisions and own accountability for product content and releases.
• Collaborate between agile team and stakeholders including Business Owners and Product Management.
• Define and drive product vision, increments, sprint goals, and backlog prioritization.
• Focus on clinical operations workflows related to EMR products across clinics.
